The Team at Merchant Taylors’ Hall are here to provide excellence in our catering service and this has become a day to day standard and one which we pursue and thrive on. After 36 years of trading and providing for over one million customers, our fine dining events are legendary.
All our menus encompass the best of British whilst only using local and seasonal ingredients where possible. In addition, we support artisan producers who provide us with unique tasting ingredients and our own selection of bespoke wines, spirits and beer for you to enjoy.
The kitchen team is led by Executive Chef Ian Boxall. Ian worked in the Dordogne in a two-star Michelin restaurant, returning to London to work for Brian Turner CBE at Turner’s. After working his way through the ranks at The Connaught he became Head Chef at BAFTA working for the Roux brothers, moved on to the Royal Albert Hall as Head Chef, and finally moved to the Grosvenor House Park Lane.
He is assisted by Head Chef Angeline Pages. Angeline was born in Mazamet, France, a city nestled at the northern slope of the Montagne Noire in the heart of the Parc Régional du Haut Languedoc.
